When E. Keith Roman and Robin L. Leonard
joined forces in 2001 to open the Pawleys Island agency, Seaside
Properties, they had a clear business philosophy – to provide
comprehensive residential and commercial real estate services to this
area. And with more than 40 years of combined real estate experience
(20+ years each), they were more than qualified to implement that
philosophy.
Today, as part of WEICHERT, Realtors®, a
national network with a reputation for strong customer service, they
continue to deliver quality service – and an even wider range of options
– to their clients, whether they are first-time home buyers, growing
families who need more space or empty nesters who want to relocate or
downsize. Keith, Robin and their more than 40 knowledgeable agents are
experts in relocation services (individuals and families) as well as
property management and new home sales and development.
Keith and Robin call themselves “near
natives” to the area and stress their commitment to their adopted

Keith, a resident of the Carolinas since
1970, was twice a national real estate network office manager – in Raleigh, North
Carolina, and later for a multi-office network in Pawleys Island. He

systems to better enable us to train and support our agents.”
Robin is from the Washington, D.C.,
suburb of Martinsburg, Virginia, but vacationed in South Carolina for
many years before settling in Pawleys Island in 1998. She emphatically
